Exchanges & Returns:

Customers need to submit their exchange/return requests before the seventh day starts from when delivery arrives.
The available exchange option operates between size variants only with cases involving black (S) purchase yet needing (M). Color modifications are not possible. You’ll get black (M). Color changes not allowed.
No money refund will be provided when your requested size becomes unavailable. A different item selection is possible subject to price modifications.

Returns:

Prepaid orders only. Within 7 days. Customers need to send items in uncleaned condition along with undamaged tags along their original tags.
The product return service includes Rs200 payment that covers shipping and package distribution expenses.

Exchanges:

The exchange of sizes is possible for both prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders.
The return conditions match the product return requirements which include items being unused with intact tags.
∙Not applicable for sale or light-colored items.
∙Only size changes are allowed. The product being unavailable allows you to choose another item, although price adjustments will apply.

Sale Items:

We offer no exchange policy except for cases where products contain defects or contain incorrect items.
Sold items under our policy have exceptions to any return or exchange situations.
∙No return/exchange on Flat 999rs sale, effective from 29/01/2025.

Cancellations:

The order can be canceled at no cost before it starts shipping.
Cancel after processing = Rs200 charge.
